From the factory complex in the United Arab Emirates a product range of 10 to 15 various fishing and luxury Yacht models are manufactured for the domestic and worldwide markets.

A comprehensive dealer net works through out Middle East countries (Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman etc) Mali, America and Russian countries will ensure an after sale service to our client that is to envy of many manufacturers.

We have a production capacity of minimum 20 to 30 boat per year and it will vary every year related to the models of the boats.

Warranty: 10 years for the deck and hull for any manufacturing defects only. Engines and other accessories warranty will provide as their manufacturer issues (Locally or internationally)

Sales terms and conditions.
Dubai Marine have dealer( Second party) in all middle east and we giving a very convenient offer to deal with them. And sales commission as per agreement with the both party. The agreement will cancel automatically if the second party is not willing to agree with our terms and condition. Dubai Marine has the sole power to cancel the dealer contract at any time if the dealers way of dealing is not perfect.


Second party will act as sole representative and shall employ all its Marketing and sales means and know how to develop the market.


Dubai Marine issues a special dealer price list always to the second party. All the invoice issued by Dubai Marine will be after the discount to the normal customer and dealer.



Second party will operate an adequate after sales operation based from a well reachable and reputed work shop.

Second party will offer immediate attendance and follow up for Marine yachts owners and shall repair under warranty all warrantable claims.

Small and Miscellaneous matters to be maintained on behalf of Second party

First party will have to coordinate with Marine Suppliers of equipments installed on the yacht to provide an immediate warranty or service attendance soonest requested by owner.

Warrantable claims that are major and Manufacturer defect will be settled in mutual way second party is requested to refer to Manufacturer in writing about any defect and accordingly we will advise the optimum solution.

Dubai Marine will revert to second party all Inquiries generated from the country of second party and shall protect your its interest in this area.

These Terms are applicable for a period of 12 Months from date of delivery of first boat.

These Terms are automatically renewable if second party is able to conclude a sale of one boat minimum during the first 12 months trial period.

Additional Conditions:-
Every confirmed order for the boats the second party should pay 50% on confirmation and balance on completion or for the balance you can issue irrevocable confirmed Letter of Credit. All prices will be ex works Ajman Factory and the second party should arrange the transportation to the destination.
